I approached Ross to inquire about building and painting some units for me that I knew I wasn't going to get to quickly. I had my own custom paint scheme for my space marine army and we discussed my existing paint scheme, level of painting and timeframes. There was contact throughout the process - building and painting - and we were able to talk through specific things unique to these models.
